DEARBORN – DFCU Financial hired Lesli Matukaitis as senior vice president of corporate banking Feb. 13. In her new role, Matukaitis will lead the credit union’s business banking initiatives.

Matukaitis has 16 years of experience with Comerica Bank in the areas of small business and middle market lending, as well as credit administration and operations.

Matukaitis also serves on two non-profit boards – Starfish Family Services and National Association of Women Business Owners EXCEL, which provides on-going education, support and mentoring to girls and women wanting to start or grow a business.

She graduated from Michigan State University in 1998 with her bachelor’s in Finance and received her Master of Business Administration degree from Wayne State University in 2005.

“It is an honor to join DFCU Financial and be part of such a customer centric organization with the technology and infrastructure to support our new corporate banking line of business,” Matukaitis said.
