Santa Claus listens as a child tells him what they want for Christmas during the city of Dearborn Heights’ 2019 Tree Lighting Ceremony Dec. 3 at Warren Valley Golf Course, 26116 W. Warren. In addition to Santa Claus, the tree was lit outside at the golf course by 9-year-old Tamara after her name was randomly selected. The free celebration also featured cookie decorating, hot chocolate, face painting and music by the Crestwood High School Jazz Band for families to enjoy.
