TAYLOR — The Taylor School District is seeking applications for the current vacant position on its board of education. A new trustee will serve on the board through Dec. 31, 2022.
The candidate elected Nov. 8, 2022, to the position will begin their term Jan. 1, 2023.
To apply for the position, those interested should submit a written application no later than 4 p.m. April 9. Included in the application should be a resume, which includes the applicant’s address, telephone number, and email address; and letter of intent expressing interest in the board position and qualifications for the position.
The written application must be sent via email, by mail or hand-delivered to Board President Rhonda Danaj at [email protected] or Taylor School District Board of Education, 23033 Northline Road, Taylor, MI, 48180.
Eligible candidates must be at least 18 years old, a registered voter in the district, a citizen of the United States, a resident of Michigan for at least 30 days, and a resident of the district.
Following a review of the submitted materials, the board will schedule interviews with selected candidates, the district’s notice of board vacancy said.
