TAYLOR — The front passenger window of a red 2020 Ford Fusion was shattered and a wallet and keys stolen from the vehicle the morning of May 11 while it was parked at Downriver Orthodontics, 20392 Eureka Road.

The victim, an employee of the dental office, said she kept her keys in the car and used her code to unlock the vehicle door.

She said her house keys and vehicle key fob were stolen, as was her wallet, which contained her driver’s license, debit card, child support card, insurance card and a few dollar bills. The debit card was promptly canceled.

Surveillance video from the business showed a black vehicle pulling up next to her car and a person exiting the vehicle, which she forwarded to police personnel.
