TAYLOR — A 33-year-old unlicensed Romulus man was cited for possession of methamphetamine Aug. 17 following a traffic stop at Marvin Street and Eureka Road for no insurance, a cracked windshield and a defective brake light.

When the driver was handcuffed and searched, a plastic bag containing suspected methamphetamine was found in his left front pants pocket. He was cited for narcotic possession, advised on the traffic offenses and released at the scene.
