TAYLOR — An 18-year-old woman who send an $882 payment through an online cash app to the seller of four-wheeler parts and accessories reported to police officers Aug. 19 that she never received the merchandise, despite paying for it, and was blocked by the seller.

She said she made the purchase through an Instagram account sale, and gave police officers the account name, the email address and screen shots of the transaction.

The shipping company that was supposed to transport the items said they never received a package from the seller.
