TAYLOR — A 32-year-old Taylor man, who used his Dodge Ram pickup to dump scrap metal in the driveway of the vacant house next to his residence, in the 12600 block of Weddel Street, was cited Aug. 30 for illegal dumping, and his vehicle was impounded and towed.
An anonymous neighbor taped the transgression and reported the dumping.
The city’s department of public works was notified to clear the debris and board up the unsecured entrances to the vacant house and garage.
