WYANDOTTE — A drunken man entered the unlocked rear door of Cassandra J Spa, 3152 Biddle, at 5:25 a.m. Sept. 25 and fell asleep in a tanning bed, where he was found about four hours later by an employee.

The man, when asked how he got there, said, “I have no idea. I was drunk last night.”

Records indicate that the business’ alarm was triggered at 5:25 p.m., but a check of the exterior at 5:36 a.m. by police officers indicated that the building appeared to be secure at ground level.

The man was arrested, handcuffed, searched and taken to the police station, where he was booked and held.
