TAYLOR — An 18-year-old Romulus man was cited for reckless driving the afternoon of Jan. 15 on southbound Telegraph Road near Ecorse Road, where he was clocked driving 71 mph in a 45 mph zone while making rapid lane changes.
The driver continued to weave unsafely from lane to lane, without signaling, in close proximity to other drivers, forcing some to swerve or brake to avoid a collision.
Following a traffic stop, the driver admitted that the car was uninsured. He was cited for reckless driving and no proof of insurance.
