HEIGHTS — A Green for Life waste bin was reported missing Feb. 25 by an 83-year-old woman living in the 4900 block of Dudley Street.
The victim said she was only filing a police report so her bin will be replaced at no charge, and said she had no interest in filing charges against the perpetrator.
