LINCOLN PARK — Two suspicious teens on the roof of a vacant building in the 1370 block of Dix Avenue were reported by a passerby the night of June 21, who scared the young men off when he yelled up at them.

The witness said the teens were white males, and were carrying black backpacks.

The responding police officers found that the rear door of the building was unsecured. They checked the interior of the building, which triggered an alarm.

The building’s keyholder arrived on site, and said that nothing inside appeared to be disturbed. He said he would get the lock fixed on the rear door so it would no longer be accessible.
