SOUTHGATE — An open bedroom window in the back of a house prompted a resident in the 14000 block of Reeck Road to call police officers at 5:45 a.m. Sept. 16 to check his residence for the presence of a burglar.
The resident said he did not leave the window open while he was gone. The police officers checked the house and found no one inside and no sign of forced entry.
