HEIGHTS — Approximately $2,000 in equipment was reported stolen March 1 from a storage shed at the Kabob Inn Restaurant, 8654 Telegraph Road.

Taken were a power washer, salt spreader, backpack leaf blower and a lockbox for receipts. In addition, a shopping cart loaded with a freezer that did not belong to the business was abandoned nearby.

The storage shed padlock was missing and the door’s eyelets were damaged, likely by a cutting or prying tool. Nothing of evidentiary value was left at the scene. There were no suspects.
