SOUTHGATE — A drunken man outside an apartment building in the 15000 block of Goddard Road threatened a woman and exposed himself the evening of April 9, which led to his arrest for public intoxication and indecent exposure.
The victim said the man stood outside underneath her apartment balcony and yelled at her about her barking dogs. He gave her a familiar digital salute, threatened to harm her dogs and her, then dropped trou, exposing himself in front of multiple witnesses.
The aggressive man was unsteady on his feet and his speech was slurred. Since it seemed unlikely his threats and disorderly conduct would cease, he was taken into custody, booked and held.
