ALLEN PARK — A catalytic converter was stolen from the undercarriage of a Ford Escape between 9 p.m. April 27 and 11 a.m. April 28 while it was parked in the 9000 block of Becker Avenue near Lindemann Elementary School.
While there is a surveillance camera on the nearby school, it was unclear whether the camera was positioned to capture footage of the theft.
