MELVINDALE — A Michigan license plate was reported missing the morning of July 19 from a 2004 Honda CRV while it was parked at Outer Drive Manor Apartments, 23935 W. Outer Drive.
The victim was advised to obtain a new license plate from a Secretary of State office. The missing license plate was entered into the Law Enforcement Information Network as stolen.
