MELVINDALE — A license plate was reported stolen Sept. 6 from a 30-year-old woman, domestic violence survivor, who had recently moved into an apartment in the 24800 block of Outer Drive.
She said she noticed that the license plate was missing while unpacking items from her white Ford Escape. She was given a police report number and told to go to a Secretary of State office to get a new plate, while the old plate was entered into the Law Enforcement Information Network as stolen.
