ALLEN PARK — A silver 2011 Volkswagen Jetta was reported stolen the night of Nov. 13 from the parking lot behind Trina O’Malley’s Bar, 6752 Allen Road.
Nearby trees obscured the surveillance camera view of where the vehicle had been parked.
The victim did not seem distraught, and was seen whispering to his girlfriend while the responding police officers were investigating the scene. However, the man said he could think of no suspects, and admitted that he did not have any insurance on the vehicle.
The car was listed in the Law Enforcement Information Network as stolen.
