SOUTHGATE — A man who left notes on the windshield of a female neighbor, whom he invited to join him for drinks, were reported by the woman Dec. 26 as unwanted interactions.
She said notes asking her to join him for a drink were left on her car Nov. 24 and Dec. 24, and said the man also looked into her living room window as he walked past her ground floor apartment.
The woman said the man, who is in his 40s, has attempted to engage her in conversation on numerous occasions, which she said she has ignored. She gave a police officer the notes, which were filed with the report.
