HEIGHTS — Illegal drugs worth more than $1 million and three handguns were seized during a Feb. 15 raid that resulted in felony arrests in Dearborn Heights and a nearby Detroit location.
The operation was led by the Detroit Police Department Narcotics unit with assistance from Gang Intel and Vice units.
Acting Dearborn Heights Police Chief Kevin Swope said DHPD provided exterior perimeter security, but was not involved with any of the arrests or contraband seizure.
