RIVERVIEW — A 750-millileter bottle of Tito’s Vodka, valued at $31, was fraudulently purchased March 2 at Frank’s Liquor City, 13827 Pennsylvania Road, by a man using a debit card linked to an Apple Pay account.
The transaction appeared to be approved, then the machine powered down. When the machine was back online, the card was declined and the man was gone.
Surveillance camera footage of the man was submitted to police officers.
