MELVINDALE — The grandmother of an autistic teen who had been bullied and beaten at Coogan Park reported the actions June 3 to police officers, and provided video footage of the aggression that were taken and posted on social media by bystanders.
Police officers recognized the bully, a 12-year-old boy, who has a history of troubled behavior. The situation remains under investigation.
