DEARBORN — A driver who was subject to a traffic stop at 12:07 a.m. June 22 near Michigan and Wyoming avenues for an invalid license had a passenger with an active arrest warrant.

The passenger, a Detroit man, was not wearing a seat belt, and a check of his identity in the Law Enforcement Information Network revealed multiple minor arrest warrants.

The driver was given a warning and released on the scene, while the passenger with active warrants was taken into custody.
