DEARBORN — A 1-year-old child in a car seat was accidentally locked inside a running car the evening of Aug. 1 with the air-conditioning operating.
The child was locked in for about 10 minutes before an employee of Rusko’s Towing arrived to unlocked the car. The child was unharmed by the ordeal.
