MELVINDALE — The wallet of a 29-year-old man from Honduras was stolen from his backpack Dec. 1 while he was playing soccer in the northeast corner of Melvindale’s west soccer field on Dearborn Street.
His wallet contained his Honduras identification card, a bank debit card and $500 in cash.
The onsite surveillance cameras were not operation, and there were no witnesses to the theft.
