MELVINDALE — Police officers were dispatched to an alley in the 2500 block of David Street the evening of June 1 following a report of one man trying to drag another man out of a black car.
When police officers arrived, the two men said they were friends and were just engaging in horseplay. They were advised to avoid creating suspicious circumstances in public view.
