RIVERVIEW — A 24-year-old Southgate woman’s vehicle was impounded and towed the night of Jan. 2 when she was discovered driving with an expired vehicle license plate, with no vehicle insurance and with a suspended driver’s license.

The woman was driving an Acura TSX east on Pennsylvania Road when the police officer spotted a 2025 sticker on the license plate. A traffic stop was initiated, and the vehicle was impounded and towed.

She was cited for driving with a suspended license, no vehicle insurance and for having an expired vehicle registration.
