MELVINDALE — A woman reported Feb. 3 that after her neighbor used her land line to order a pizza, she discovered that a bottle of Chanel No. 5, valued at $150, was missing.

She said she searched her entire apartment before calling to report the theft.

A police officer spoke to the neighbor, who said she has her own perfume and does not even like the smell of Chanel No. 5, but she agreed to stay away from her neighbor’s apartment in the future.
