TAYLOR — The ex-husband of a 36-year-old Taylor woman may have used her personal identity information to illegally open up a Capitol One credit card, the victim reported July 29 to police officials.
She said her ex-husband had access to her personal identity information in the past, and may have taken some of her documents a few weeks earlier when they saw each other.
