WYANDOTTE — A woman who stole several iron shepherd hooks, used to support hanging plants outdoors, was captured on surveillance camera footage stealing the items the afternoon of Jan. 23 in the 1600 block of 17th Street.
The woman was described as white with blonde hair. She was driving a white Ford vehicle.
