WYANDOTTE — A 30-year-old Dearborn Heights man who entered the lobby of 27th District Court the afternoon of Dec. 5 for an appearance and started behaving bizarrely was subsequently approached and found to be under the influence of drugs.
An officer approached the man, and found him to have Fentanyl and Xanax in his possession. He also was wearing an ankle tether unrelated to the court appearance.
