TAYLOR — A disabled resident with a handicapped parking sign in front of his residence in the 8000 block of Campbell Avenue summoned a police officer the evening of Sept. 14 as a last resort after his able-bodied neighbor refused to stop parking in the spot.
The car, a red 2008 Chevy Malibu, did not have a handicapped plate or placard visible, so the illegally parked vehicle was ticketed.
