WYANDOTTE — A 34-year-old Wyandotte man was found slumped over the steering wheel of a vehicle at 3:54 p.m. Dec. 2 in the 2600 block of 23rd Street.
The vehicle was locked but not running. When the man woke up, he was uncooperative. A pat-down search for safety reasons revealed illegal narcotics, for which he was arrested and taken into custody.
