WYANDOTTE — A 28-year-old Howell man was found passed out at 1 a.m. Dec. 8 on a sidewalk in the 1400 block of Dee Street.
When police officers arrived, he could barely stand or speak coherently. He was taken into custody, and resisted officers during the booking process. He was then held to sober up and reflect on his choices.
