WYANDOTTE — A 34-year-old River Rouge woman was arrested at 2 a.m. Oct. 27 in the 200 block of Emmons Boulevard where she was sitting on a lawn yelling and trying to fit her head through the sleeve of her sweatshirt.
She smelled of alcohol, and did not know where she was, despite insisting that “she was fine.” She was arrested for public intoxication and taken into custody. A preliminary breath test confirmed that blood-alcohol level was three times higher than the 0.08 limit for legally drunk in Michigan.
